I hereby grant Vail Valley Mountain Trail Alliance, hereinafter referred to as “VVMTA,” the absolute and irrevocable right and permission, in respect of the photographs and/or video taken of me alone or with others, to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other photographs or video, and in conjunction with any printed matter, or electronic matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever; and to use my name in conjunction there with if VVMTA so chooses. I hereby release and discharge VVMTA from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs or video, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall also inure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of VVMTA. I am of full age (18) and have the right to contract in my own name. If I am not yet 18 years of age, a parent or guardian has authorized my signature. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. The release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Por la presente concedo a Vail Valley Mountain Trail Alliance, en adelante "VVMTA", el derecho y permiso absoluto e irrevocable, con respecto a las fotografías y/o video tomados de mí solo o con otros, para utilizar, reutilizar, publicar y volver a publicar los mismos en su totalidad o en parte, individualmente o en conjunto con otras fotografías o video, y en conjunto con cualquier material impreso, o material electrónico, en cualquier y todos los medios de comunicación ahora o en adelante conocidos, y para cualquier propósito; y para usar mi nombre en conjunto con ellos si VVMTA así lo decide. Por la presente libero y eximo a la VVMTA de todas las reclamaciones y demandas que surjan de o en relación con el uso de las fotografías o el vídeo, incluyendo, sin limitación, todas las reclamaciones por difamación o invasión de la privacidad. Esta autorización y exención también redundará en beneficio de los herederos, representantes legales, licenciatarios y cesionarios de la VVMTA. Soy mayor de edad (18 años) y tengo derecho a contratar en mi propio nombre. Si aún no tengo 18 años, un padre o tutor ha autorizado mi firma. He leído lo anterior y entiendo perfectamente su contenido. La renuncia será vinculante para mí y para mis herederos, representantes legales y cesionarios.
