Soul Dirt X Ladies Trail Crew – Wilderness Hike with Ellen Miller

Thank you for signing up to hike with Ladies Trail Crew and Ellen Miller on Thursday, July 6th at 5pm!

 A Vail Valley resident for more than 20 years, Ellen Miller was the first American woman to climb Mt. Everest from both sides, Nepal and Tibet, in addition to climbing other Himalayan 8000-meter peaks: Lhotse, Cho Oyu, and Manaslu.  She will be sure to have stories to share on the trail!

Please plan to meet Ellen at the Cross Creek trailhead in Minturn.  Parking is limited – carpooling is highly encouraged.

Directions to the trailhead: 

Travel west on I-70 to Exit 171 for Minturn and Hwy. 24. Turn right onto Hwy 24 and continue for 5 miles, passing through Minturn, to Tigiwon Road #707 (this road is on the right immediately before crossing a bridge over the Eagle River). Turn right onto this dirt road and continue about 2 miles to the trailhead on the right.
